Can I change plans later?

What happens if I exceed my user limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to a plan with more seats. Existing users won't be affected, but you won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade.
Is my data HIPAA compliant?
Clinical tier and above include a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). All plans use encrypted storage and secure connections. Starter tier is designed for non-clinical workflows like intake and communications.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual plans save 20%. Contact us or select annual billing during checkout.
Can I pay by invoice instead of credit card?
