Infusion Services

Home-based intravenous therapy administered by specially trained nurses for various medical conditions.

Infusion Services

Many patients who once had to remain in the hospital for IV therapy can now receive the same treatment safely at home. Our infusion-trained nurses administer IV antibiotics, hydration, parenteral nutrition, and specialty medications while monitoring for adverse reactions and managing PICC and central line access. Home infusion therapy reduces infection risk, lowers costs, and lets patients recover in the most comfortable setting possible.

What We Provide

01

IV Antibiotic Therapy

Administration of intravenous antibiotics for complex infections — including timed dosing, line flushing, and monitoring for allergic reactions and side effects throughout the course.

02

Hydration Therapy

Intravenous fluid administration for patients with dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, or conditions that prevent adequate oral intake — restoring balance safely at home.

03

Parenteral Nutrition

Total parenteral nutrition (TPN) for patients who cannot receive adequate nutrition orally — including formula management, infusion pump setup, and metabolic monitoring.

04

Pain Management Infusions

IV pain medication administration for patients with acute or chronic pain that cannot be adequately controlled with oral medications — under close nursing supervision.

05

PICC Line Care

Dressing changes, flushing, cap changes, and site assessment for peripherally inserted central catheters — preventing infection and ensuring reliable access throughout treatment.

06

Central Line Management

Comprehensive care of central venous access devices including port-a-caths, Hickman catheters, and tunneled lines — with sterile technique and regular patency checks.

07

Medication Administration

Infusion of specialty medications including biologics, immunoglobulins, and other IV drugs that require professional monitoring during and after administration.

08

Lab Monitoring

Regular blood draws to monitor drug levels, kidney and liver function, and blood counts — ensuring the treatment is effective and not causing adverse effects.
